Yes, worth it. They have a number of good FAQs that provide helpful information, especially for a first-time buyer. I emailed them a couple of times during the process and received prompt, professional and helpful replies. There were no surprise costs at check-out or at any other point during the process. I received the doll as ordered so the seller obviously did an effective job of communicating my order to the manufacturer.
