Yes, the Google reviews I have read provide accurate descriptions of attempting to get hold of anyone in customer service. The delivery itself was ok. The doll arrived on schedule. The box was had a bit of damage but the packaging kept the doll safe. They inspected the doll to make sure everything was good before sending on to me. As a first-time buyer it was nice to know that if there were any issues they would be able to identify them and help deal with them.
