Yes, it is a reliable vendor. I didn’t have to drive to the customs office to pick up the doll. UPS automatically did that for me with no extra cost. When I received the doll, there was everything that I ordered in the box. Everything was packed nicely so that no damage would happen during transport. On arrival the Box was in good condition and the contents unharmed. Overall an A+ shopping experience and this is still my go-to doll vendor for the future when I’m looking for more quality service and products. 🙂
